The apartment is set in a rural environment and features a spacious garden surrounded by elegant olive trees.
The farm is located in the municipality of Cappella Maggiore, on the southern slopes of the Cansiglio Forest, 40 km from the city of Treviso, just over 50 km from Venice, and about 90 km from Cortina d’Ampezzo — the jewel of the Dolomites and host of the 2026 Winter Olympics.
Who we are
Reggenza Agricultural Company is the evolution of a fourth-generation farm that has diversified its activities over time: it began as a dairy cattle farm and has evolved into the production and direct sale of meat.
It is located within the Commitment Zone of the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene Prosecco Hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and produces high-quality grapes while also enhancing hillside olive cultivation with the production of extra-virgin olive oil.
The farm is family-run. Denis and Monica welcome guests into a comfortable environment with a strong focus on sustainability, the surrounding landscape, and the products offered by the local area.
Farm shop
The shop offers high-quality beef raised in our own barn in Castello Roganzuolo, fed with hay and cereals, as well as oil obtained from the cold pressing of our olives harvested on the hills of Sarmede.
