The Apartment
Reggenza Agricultural Company has recently expanded its mission by renovating an old, disused stable and converting it into accommodation for tourists exploring an area rich in natural sites and food and wine products.
In the surrounding countryside, you can enjoy the farm’s vineyards, cultivated according to the integrated production guidelines of the Veneto region and certified under the SQNPI quality system.
The Environment
In the renovated former stable, a comfortable independent apartment of about 60 m² has been created, equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay: free of architectural barriers, finely furnished, and featuring air conditioning and heating for the winter months, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a large windowed bathroom, and direct access to the private garden and the surrounding countryside.
Environmental sustainability is ensured through photovoltaic panels and the use of 100% renewable energy.
